Overview

The Jobs log page provides real-time information for past and present Data Jobs and activity in Cordial.

Access the Jobs log

1. To access the Jobs page, log into Cordial and click on the Jobs icon at the top of your Cordial dashboard. Pending and processing jobs will be shown in the dropdown.

2. Click View all jobs to go the Jobs log.

Activity and status

The Jobs log displays all past and present job activity and status for:

• Merge contacts
• Import contacts
• Import blocks
• Import Sculpt templates
• Import products
• Import supplements
• Import orders
• Export contacts
• Export blocks
• Export Sculpt templates
• Export events
• Export message analytics
• Export data transformation records
• Export audience trends
• Export contact profile
• Export data automation log
• Data automation process audience
• Data automation process list
• Data automation update integration
• Send batch message
• Delete contact
• Delete contacts
• FB custom audience job

Jobs table

The Jobs table displays the following sortable information about each job:

• ID
• Job Name
• Status
  • Scheduled
  • Pending
  • Processing
  • Failed
  • Done
• Create Time
• Start Time
• End Time

Depending on the type of job, you can access additional details by hovering over the arrow next to a job and clicking Details.

Advanced search

Jobs are searchable by ID or Job name. By clicking the Advanced dropdown, jobs can also be filtered by:

• Job name
• Status
• Start time
• End time

Job status and information can also be accessed via API. You can learn more about Data Jobs and the status API here.
