# How can we help?

## Overview

All links in Cordial are automatically tracked for 30 days. You have the option to disable link tracking by adding the "data-crdl-notrack" attribute to any link in a message.

## Example

```html
<a href="http://www.example.com/xyz" data-crdl-notrack="true">Click here</a>
```

When `data-crdl-notrack` is set to `true`, link tracking will be disabled for that link.

You can disable email opens tracking using the [setEmailOpensTracking](https://support.cordial.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041889772#setEmailOpensTracking) Smarty utility.
