# Overview

Adding web forms to your website is a relatively quick and easy process. Follow these simple instructions to install web forms on your website.

These instructions are applicable if you are not using a content management system. If you are using a content management system, contact your Client Success Manager for web forms installation instructions.

## Install web forms

1. Log in to Cordial's web forms app and click your name in the upper right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu, click **Setup Instructions**.

2. On the next page, copy your installation code.

3. Open your site's main HTML file. Paste the web forms install code just above the </body> tag, which is usually the second-to-last line in your HTML file.

4. Save the changes you made to your file. Web forms is now installed on your site.
